He’s met with the clippers for 6 months. He knows what’s on the table for these teams.

The part I’m mocking is that they don’t have back channels to know exactly what’s going on. I don’t know that Lauri will try to force his way to Philly but as Fisher reported the reason we were in on Bridges is because PG was potentially interested in coming… if he signaled interest in coming here I wonder why that would be… would it be because he would like to play with Lauri… I wonder if there are any back channels those guys could communicate things through? Saying Philly can’t communicate to Lauri their interest here is silly.

He may or may not do that but the tone of the Lauri convo has changed just a little and enough guys are pointing at the situation as “one to watch”. Maybe things change and maybe they don’t.

His reporting never said PG was interested. It was more that we were trying to make our roster look attractive in an attempt to draw PGs interest.
