I just rather take talent over a situation it should be a bigger priority for a rebuilding team like the wiz.

What I meant by situational player is that in certain situations he might be the best player available and in other situations he wouldn't. A team with a shooting big would be a great situation for him and CMB could easily be a better player for Washington than any other player on the board at the time.

Somehow CMB managed to be his entire team's offense AND defense in the same conference as Tre Johnson, yet Tre Johnson is the clear cut #3 and CMB can't be considered at 6?

It's flattering that you keep mentioning me, but this isn't about my opinion vs yours, it's about logical consistency. Either playing in the SEC matters for evaluating players or it doesn't. You can't give one player credit for SEC competition while ignoring that other players also played in the SEC. I'm not sure if you're trolling or genuinely don't see the contradiction in your logic.

Per 36 CMB scored almost the same amount of points, the exact same amount of assists, 3X the rebounds, 3X the stocks, with better efficiency, and much better defensive metrics and advanced stats on a worst team in the same conference.

The point is that if you are impressed by the production of Tre Johnson on a bad team in the SEC, you should also be impressed by CMB's much better production on an even worse team in the same conference.
