I like that this lineup puts the keys in WCJ/Ace's hands to be playmakers and primary drivers for a team. Obviously this isnt a complete team and we are hopefully getting that complete two way player next draft, but I really like that starting lineup.

At least with this lineup you have spacing for everyone to operate in. Just up to coaching and buy in to move the ball at an effective level.

I support this as a tanking strategy. At times, it seems as if Ace has no idea where anyone else is on the floor.

There are likely better options if the primary motivation is Ace's best developmental trajectory.

Perhaps Lakers too.
If i'm not mistaken i saw earlier this summer some trade speculation where Lauri was going to Lakers but probably it was more BS ''trade rumors'' without facts than real and legit trade rumor.

Why not Memphis they have Finnish head-coach ( Tuomas Iisalo ) now and Lauri probably would be OK add to Memphis team.
Because Iisalo's coaching-style and game-book pferers high octane scoring and Lauri is a scorer of course Memphis has Ja Morant and JJJ their top stars but Lauri would good 3rd star in that group

Why's that so?
Nobody couldn't expect that Connor McDavid gives critic for Edmonton Oilers
after losing 2nd straight stanley cup final and leaving his NHL future in Edmonton wide open but that happend.
So why Jazz wouldn't trade Lauri now when they aren't going as a team anywhere next 5-7 years one Ace Bailey doesn't remove or ignore that fact Jazz is still bottom10 team in NBA.

I think a vet point guard unlocks Lauri and for that reason gets us 15 wins above a non-tank effort.

My hope is that we DONT get a vet point almost at all costs. Let them do their darndest to win without a vet leader getting a better than expected result like Mike Conley delivered last time.
