According to you, you are in the top 5% of wage earners in the US. If that's that case you have no frickin' clue. Go to the opera or ballet and leave the bitching to those that have a reason.

But seriously, the rent is too damn high.
 
Rent controls lead to higher rent. People like this shoot themselves in the foot. Put him in office and the needy will really start bitching in 5 or 10 years. That and somebody gonna get rich along the way. Happens every time.
