Kyrie Irving looks like a smaller, slower, and less powerful Donovan Mitchell. If you Juxtapose them to one another they are actually quite similar in their game. Minus the fact Donovan is a by far better dunker.. Id give Kyrie just a slight edge in handles, but it really isnt that big of a gap.

 
Irving has better handles and is a better three point shooter.

Mitchell will be the better player when it’s said and done though.

Mitchell is only a rookie for God’s sake. It’s crazy.
 
Irving is a much better pull-up shooter. The ironic thing is that Irving is known for his finishing around the rim, but he actually isnt that good at it, he just makes a lot of tough highlight buckets around the rim.

A perfect post and spot on. Mitchell wants to play defense and play in a system. Kyrie wants to play hero ball. I'm very, very interested to see what role Kyrie plays on this up and coming Boston team in the coming years. I think they might be better sometimes without him than with him. Their defense works because of 5 guys not 4 and a great offensive talent.
 
If you have DM Kyries off the dribble shooting and handles that’d be an mvp right thur

You think Kyrie is more explosive than DM?

DM's acceleration to the basket is 2nd to none imo.

Watch the video I provided. Then watch DM's highlights right after. Also, wear 3D galsses and turn off the lights.
