Alec Burks needs to start over Raja Bell

Alec Burks has been doing great and has proved that he deserves to start at shooting guard instead of Raja Bell. Tonight against Milwaukee he got 9 points, 6 assists, and 2 rebounds. Raja Bell is just garbage and does nothing to help the team. Let Burks start get some experience and he will put up some stats. Burks is really impressing me while Bell is doing the exact opposite. The youth needs to start and Burks is better than Bell anyway.

I like him off the bench as a scorer for now. He could really ignite our 2nd unit and make it the best in the league with the way Kanter and Favors play on defense.

Start, shtart, whatever. He played 28 minutes to Bell's 13 tonite. I'm happy the rooks are seeing the floor. Bell does show the young guys how to play D by getting up close and personal on the opponent, something young guys tend to be shy about. Bell has not logged major minutes, so I'm fine with him < 15 minutes a game.

I'd bench Bell slide Hayward over to the 2 and make Burks his primary back up. howard at the 3 with CJ /Hayward as back ups

I'm with the crew that says, as long as he gets the minutes, and Bell sits on the bench, I don't care if he starts.

I think this is the move that will get made first. I also think it is the best move. Howard can defend 3's better than Hayward can. Hayward is a pretty soft defender where Howard has some fight.

We need to get him SECURED MINUTES. He looked like he was trying so hard to impress, and he did well at times, but trying to hard is a sin all too common with Jazz Rookies(ex; Kosta "Boom Bitches" Koufas, Kyrylo "I can dance!" Fesenko, Dee "look at me go!" Brown)

I'm not saying start him, but I am saying get him 12-18 minutes a night and re-evaluate in March.
