And like don't get me wrong... I like having foundation items in the game plan to build off of... I like trying to make your opponent beat you at what you do best. But if they are beating you regularly then you must adjust.

I really wanted to play the Clips so we could see Rudy in the playoffs against a non-shooting big and see how much impact he could have... sigh.

I think Rudy has another wave of improvement in him. He’ll be able to adjust pretty well to whatever shape defenses need to be in the next 5 years. But he needs some help, and the base defense needs to change. A long, rangy powerwing who could be menace as a help defender at the rim would be a dream come true.

And we could use Dunn-level Or Smart-level disruption on the ball. I’m so tired of our ineptitude in this aspect of defense.

Other than playing Oni a little to try and disrupt Murray, I don't see anything Quin could have done better.

Umm... Wow... You’re expectations are low or you just don’t understand what is happening during the game.

Game 1 - When Murray was cooking Ingles the entire game Quin refused to put Royce on him.

Routinely benching Mitchell for long periods of time while Murray and/or Jokic were both on the court still. This lead to multiple runs by Denver and painful possessions on offense. This happened during multiple games of the series.

Refusing to double Murray or try anything different on him until Game 7.

Not challenging any calls or even fighting for calls during the entire series and especially the non-call at the end of Game 7 when Rudy got smacked in the face on a dunk.

Quin was horrible during this series and should most definitely be on the hot seat.

Quin more or less said in the post game interview Murray was taking the shots they wanted him to take - off the dribble jumpers. These are not high percentage jump shots much lower than catch and shoot. A hard double would have taken the ball out of his hands, but its not like they have any scrubs you can safely cheat off of unless Plumlee is in. Their team is loaded offensively.

Jazz basically have 2 guys who would start on most teams and then a bunch of so so guys.
They had to swing for Conley. If they reneg on him it will make it that much harder when trying to get FA coming to SLC

The players lost the games, not Quin.

The Jazz had 3 key turnovers the last few minutes of game 7.

Yes Quin didn't lose three games In a row. Peoples give to much credit to the coaches. Players got to make shots and gets stops, not the coaches
