Blow it up?

Why wouldn't they match something for Jabari? They seem to still like him and he seems to still want to be in Milwaukee. He is their key player to become a contender along Giannis. He is their second most valuable player. I am sure they would trade him but it would take a good trade to pry away someone with that much potential.
Injuries?

Do you think we’d offer a four year max for a guy who hasn’t played in a year and has a troubling injury history? I have no idea.
Can we even offer that? I have heard we have no cap room.

I am not sure why I am continually surprised by how much folks overreact to one game or even a few games but there is a whole bunch of water that has to go under the bridge before we know the answer to this question - though blowing it up is not even an option. I love what I see from DM but I have no idea how good he will be. And Rudy might become a superstar but he is not even an all-star yet. I am excited for the future of this team but I am still curious how good or bad we will be this year. So far a soft schedule and a loss to Phoenix. For sure blowing things up makes zero sense.

This is in reaction to Donovan not one bad game. It's in reaction to Hood being completely inconsistent. To Favors being inconsistent and soft. AB being scattered. All three being injury prone. We know what we have in Rudy and now in Donovan. Things look really good for them. Do we sit on our hands and hope things go better than they have for the last three years with Rodney, Derrick and Alec or do we move on and try to build a championship contender?

How good he will be? He's already shown how good he IS.

We're 5-3 and have beaten several solid teams. Why would we blow it up?

I just think we have something very special in Donovan. And Rudy. I trust that they can get us really far with a few more key pieces. Can we get there with Faves, AB and Rodney?

Its not what we give but what we take. The Bucks have a very bright future but a few bad contracts. If they can get rid of one bad contract packaged with Parker and get a solid starter back in the process, they might consider trading Parker.

Their bad contracts:
John Henson - 3 years $32 million left
Dellavadova - 3 years $ 28 million left
Teletovic - 2 years $21 million left

I would trade Favors, Neto, O'Neal and a 2nd for Parker and Dellie all day. I bet the Bucks consider it. Like I said in other posts, we might could work out a 3 team deal where the Bucks get Bledsoe, Suns get Favors and assets from Bucks and we get Parker and Dellie.

They have already said they are unwilling to trade Parker in a deal for bledsoe. Those contacts aren't that bad. It would take a lot more to pry away a player they view as a future star.

I'm not sure you think we can send out a few low value pieces and net something good.

LoPo really gives off the impression that the ultimate ends of managing a franchise is to clear cap space, and that having good assets or draft picks are valuable because they primarily help you offload bad contracts.

That's funny... Jazzfanz GMs would have a million picks and only super terrible contracts and expiring deals.

DeRozan for Derrick, Rodney and Alec. Toronto starters not jibing.
