Boozer's still got it. I think Rose's problem is his patience and/or the game plan more than ability (though he's never terribly impressed me with his passing ability). Whatever the case, they're not using Boozer the best that they can, and that might be their biggest problem, honestly. When Boozer had sex with the Jazz last week, I saw everything that I've been missing the Jazz offense. But when Rose gets the ball, he'd rather fly towards the rim and try to make something good happen than force the defense to choose and take what the defense gives him. I can't really blame him as he converts at a really impressive rate.

That kind of ball will, again, catch up to them, IMO.

Word. They overpaid for Boozer even if they used him correctly, but the way they use him, they are overpaying him by a ton.

Not only has Derrick played respectable minutes as a raw player, he WAS given the starting role by the very coach Sir is accusing of burying the man. If DF can play his way out of a starting role he can play his way back in.

He did not play his way out of a starting role. Sap was injured and given his starter role back just because. This has been a bad move all season, starting two bigs who have zero interest in defense while two other bigs who play great defense sit the bench.
