Cheapest way to watch Jazz games?

For the last couple years I've only had local channels and Netflix. No cable, satelite, etc.

I live in the Salt Lake Area. Can I get games online? From my understanding League Pass is only good if you are outside the area, is that correct? And can you only get league pass if you have cable?

I'm just trying to be frugal... I really don't want to watch anything else other than Jazz games and I don't want to pay a lot. Cheapest I've found is $43 a month if I bundle Century Link with Direct TV. Anyone else have any ideas?

I am kind of in the same boat. I took my direct tv out of suspension today and I was not able to get the game on roots, for some reason. I have choice package and they kept telling me I needed to get the sports package or premier Package to get roots but that was total bs. called three times and they where no help (at&t at play ) I am not spending 50 bucks more to watch the games. They need to get rid of all this bundle crap and the grip that these sports channels have on all of us. I am beyond pissed when it is trying to get my local teams anymore.

Apologies to everyone if posted already - but NBA League Pass has a single-team package available for just $119/season. I just bought it yesterday and couldn't be happier!

This would be perfect if they didn't black out all the jazz games because I live in Utah.

Legally: Buy cable or satellite and get the damn Root channel if you're in Utah or in an area where you COULD pay for the Root channel from the providers. Until they offer an over-the-top service where I can buy ONLY that channel, I'm stuck with the Comcastics. I cut the cord for 3-4 years and finding a Jazz game was painful. Now, I just start up the TiVo about 40 minutes into the game and skip all the commercials and finish the game with the rest of the world in beautiful (eh, okay) high definition without lag, spyware, porn popups, etc.! :)

Illegally or a violation of your terms of service: Read the other three pages.

You could just get a simple browser extension that changes your ip address to somewhere else in the that is not blacked out.

This. I used to use my work laptop that connected to houston network. I live in cali but i was able to watch lakers vs jazz game on nba league pass
