The dropoff from Conley to Harrison is astronomical. You would think if Conley is going to miss 6-8 weeks Memphis has to make a move. They're a top heavy team though so don't have many assets.
Mack or Neto would help them, but they won't get a 1st round pick. Would you do either of them for a 2nd rounder?

I don't think that's enough. Exum is still unreliable, ... if we're gonna make a serious push at the playoffs and beyond I wouldn't do that deal. A 2nd rounder from a good team like Memphis isn't worth much IMO.

They actually have decent assets. Deyonta Davis, Wade Baldwin, JayMycal Green, Jarrell Martin, and James Ennis.

Looks like Harrison actually played pretty well in his first game as a starter after this injury. Although the Griz lost and I am sure he wont sustain this he was 7-12 and 21 points with 4 assists and 3 steals.
