No, high risk people should be first. They should be towards the end.

First responders, teachers, etc. should all be given priority.

Since they will no longer be in close contact with the general public, I would say no.

Absolutely not. Long term care residents, elderly, vulnerable people with pre existing conditions and frontline health workers should be first. Professional athletes are young and healthy, they should wait until the vaccine is widely available to the general public.
