Are these monkey t-shirts the Kings were handing out racially insensitive?

Lmfao. I don't have a problem with monkey shirts for the Chinese year if that's clearly what it is for. But to do them in February was pretty damn dumb.

Bruh.....

A monkey wasnt a symbol of racism. Yes, it can be used as a racial slur, but it's not the same as a symbol like the swastika or a confederate flag.
 
It'd be okay if the monkey wore a swastika. Then it would remind no one of racial slurs, as no black person would wear such a thing.

Also, I find it hilarious that monkeys are now off-limit.
