Anybody who shoots >35% for his college career (and 41% in his senior year) and plays a little defense (I'm talking to you, Mo Nutz) is worth considering. 6'8" is a decent size for SF. More depth at the 3 would be good. Or he'll be practice or insurance for Elder Hayward & Catch 'n Jack Miles.

Nichols has been playing in the top French league, which has also sported Bruce Bowen, Nicholas Batum, and Mr. Tony Parker-Longoria ;) -- all decent defenders.

Fun fact: Nichols' Syracuse Orangemen team beat Araujo's Cougars way back in the 2004 NCAA playoffs. That game probably made Hoffa a couple of million bucks richer; he was drafted #8.

While they're at it, Utah might want to consider bringing in Greg Stiemsma, who was just released from the T-pups and had purportedly been intended to work out with Big Al Jefferson. Stiemsma was a prolific shot-blocker in the NBDL, FWIW. Better yet, he's not Greg Ostertag.

Heh. Jason Hart.

On another note, I like this invite. I think I prefer Thompson right now but I'll have to do some research. I liked watching him in college.
