I liked him in the draft. Played reasonably well in summer league. No a point but a good athlete and defensive player who can shoot enough.

Also has the Karl Malone hairline.

Would have been a pretty easy Yes from me before we drafted WCJ (assuming that Carter would cost only a 2nd or two). I'm also pretty curious about Harkless.

If someone were 100% out on Collier, then they should still be interested in Carter, despite having WCJ and Harkless.

Anywho... I don't see a great opportunity for Carter on the Jazz.

Yes. Well, probably; it sounds like they’re trying to clear a roster spot to sign Westbrook, so they’ll probably want a 1st rather than a player and I’d rather not do that.

If they’d do it for 2nds and/or a player I don’t care much about (I.e. Keyonte), sure.

From his play in the most recent summer league. He was finishing alley op dunks and blocking shots at 6’3”. I cannot remember harkless dunking in a game.

Summer league is quite different from regular NBA games

Heartless did Duncan a game in summer league this year past year and it was a pretty nasty one too
