IMO not by much. He is better offensively but I dont see him as a starting center on a contending team.

Honestly if it means giving up Millsap I would hate that. Lopez is ok, but you would imagine we could get more for him.

I just don't think our double PF frontcourt is working. And Millsap's numbers are dropping he seems unenthusiastic.

This is going to hurt when it doesn't come true. Imagine a Jefferson/Lopez front court. It would put us back in the playoff race.

I don't think we need another big guy who can't board.

Lopez' rebounding numbers are awful.

And his assist % is even lower than Jefferson's.

Yes but that doesn't mean we should settle for Lopez.. I would go for Roy Hibbert.

Yes but as long as the trade was filed with the NBA offices by 3PM EST it is good even if it has not been announced. The Jazz may have filed a trade but not released it publicly yet.

Not according to the hacks on 1320 right now...it's at 5 EST not 3 EST.

In all seriousness though, the deadline has passed but I think they had to fax it to the NBA by 3EST but can still work out a few minor details or something after.

Any other details about this 3 way still coming out?
