you are right, this isn't an aberration. And, you are right, that **** has got to change. Getting rid of Jefferson is a good step in the right direction.
I agree with what you said in another thread, that relying on Jefferson to always be our "go to" offense in the clutch is stunting the growth of our team and as another byproduct, leaves a huge defensive liability on the floor in the most crucial moments.
I think Al is a nice guy, but he is the exact opposite of what this team needs at the moment. He's a bandaid fix and the best way to get a bandaid off is to just yank it quickly (queue Archie). Simply put he wont be apart of what ever legacy Kanter, Favors, Burks and Hayward leave so move him to start a new chapter officially and stop with the half stepping rebuild.
