These two players complement each other well. Rudy is an alpha on defense and and he can finish the lob and sets great screens. Likewise Don is an alpha on offense but he does some hugely valuable things on defense. Reacts very quickly on the perimeter, closeouts, and super strong in the post.
Don is an Alpha on offense. Rudy is an Alpha on defense. And their secondary characteristics have strong elements too.

Donovan sucks *** on defense.
If you don't actually dig in, one would think that. But on the other hand, one can say Rudy sucks on offense with the same superficial point of view. I don't think it is true.

Mitchell has been much improved this year, he’s still got lots of room to grow, but consider the fact he’s only 6-1 and usually guarding much bigger players.
