Special Counsel has Trump's Jan 6th smartphone and all its data
A notice filed in the DC Federal election interference case shows that Special Counsel Jack Smith has the data from Trump's phones and intends to use them as evidence of…boingboing.net
“A recent filing in the Special Counsel's DC case against Donald Trump shows that the White House cell phones used by Trump leading up to and on January 6th are in the DOJ's possession with data that'll support the government's case against him. Direct messages in social networking apps, texts, images, and call logs are there to show what the Orange Menace was up to”.
You mean that not all politicians smash their phones with hammers or use BleachBit to remove all traces of information after getting a subpoena?![]()

I am not aware of a politician that did that. You mean that not all politicians smash their phones with hammers or use BleachBit to remove all traces of information after getting a subpoena?
It’s expert 3 in the filing, dealing with cell phone data. I view Trump as more of a mob boss at heart, with the presidency being his biggest hustle, so yeah, surprise that. You mean that not all politicians smash their phones with hammers or use BleachBit to remove all traces of information after getting a subpoena?

Your phone is a little snitch you take everywhere with you.Think of how many people are in prison because they screwed up with their phone. Gotta leave the phone alone when you're committing murder or in this case trying to become a dictator.
Ya I always say that I don't care if the government is spying on me. I have no fear of big brother.Clean living is nothing on your phone to incriminate you.
I worked with some people from Singapore, they were here to train so that they could open a facility in Singapore like the one we were running, and they said that there is no expectation of privacy in Singapore, not even in your home. If the cops showed up and wanted to come in a look around they could. The game was just to stay out of the government's line of sight and you'd be fine. If the gaze of the government did land on you, however, you had essentially no defense and they would find a way to punish you.Ya I always say that I don't care if the government is spying on me. Should have got them some chewing gum. American chewing gum there is like Cuban cigars here, or at least it used to be back in the 90's.I worked with some people from Singapore, they were here to train ...
I've been to Singapore. Everything is illegal. It is a very well ordered society but it felt sort of Stepford wives to me but the robots were just people absolutely under the control via fear by their government. I couldn't stand all the U.S. people I was with saying that they could see living there because the streets were clean and everything was in good order.Should have got them some chewing gum. Welp, I'm ****ed.Clean living is nothing on your phone to incriminate you.
The game i seem to want to play?I worked with some people from Singapore, they were here to train so that they could open a facility in Singapore like the one we were running, and they said that there is no expectation of privacy in Singapore, not even in your home. That's the game you seem to want to play, because I'm sure if the gaze of the government did fall upon you and you opened up like a book they would have several ways to take everything you loved away from you and put you in a cell for multiple years at least.
Maybe you feel like it would be a bro-fest and they would pat you on the back and tell you it's all cool. Maybe you'd be right, or maybe they would crush you under their thumb. Seems like a very naive way to go about life to me, but I'm not judging.
We all commit crimes every singe day of our lives. There are thousands upon thousands of things that are against the law that we often don't even realize. I mean does your wife give you blow jobs? You do butt stuff? You smoke a little weed? You smoke weed daily and own a firearm (then you lied on your background check and committed a federal crime.)? Does your phone show that you drive recklessly by going well over the speed limit regularly? Did you buy alcohol in Wendover or Evanston? Did you sell stuff on KSL and not pay taxes on it? Did you bet in the office football pool? Did you play in a home poker game? Did you go out to dinner and have 1.5 drinks and drive in the state of Utah (it's actually more than that but it's close)? Did you open mail addressed to your spouse?
Anyway, we all break the law. If we have no privacy then any time the government wants to hassle us they have everything they need to bring you down. If you don't like the current president and are outspoken about it, they could endlessly charge you with petty crimes for years on end, It could cost you tens of thousands of dollars. All you have to do for them to turn their gaze on the next guy is to shut your mouth and play along.
Seem to want to play. Like it seems like you'd be happy in that kind of environment. The game i seem to want to play?
Uh, ok.
