But JLIII is averaging more points per game and assists per game and shooting at a higher percentage with the Pistons than Dante. This ought to serve as a wakeup call to Dante to work hard in the offseason.

JLIII > Dante??? Wow, that shows you how incredibly bad Dante is playing on the offensive side. I'm encouraged about his defense, but we get absolutely nothing from him on the offensive end.

The Tank Commander did his job well and served honorably - we got what we wanted (needed) from him, and now time will tell if it was worth the cost. JLIII is a vet on a vet team. SVG has them playing well. Dante is a super young rook on a super young team. He should be getting spot minutes, but he's forced into a starting role because it benefits the team. Dante hit a huge wall. I'll wait to see what work he puts into his developmemt in the offseason. Plus, JLIII has never played defense like Dante has this season.

Leave Dante alone....

He has more assists than wiggins, more 3pts and blocks than Jabbari, more steals and rebounds than Aaron Gordon, and fewer turnovers than Marcus Smart.

And this is while he has been down in his rookie year. Who knows what to expect from Dante's peak.
