This is interesting. Yes, the Jazz really do seem to like the Big 10, I'm not sure why. The Big 10 was strong again this year, and players like Burke, Zeller and Hardaway Jr. have to be on our radar.

I think there are way too many variables to garner anything really definitive from these charts. Draft position, draft stock, and draft rounds all affect the data too much.

I'm not a statistician, but I do think it would be possible to spot leanings for certain teams. I wish the article had carried the research a little farther.

Western teams (7 of the top 10) as a whole have been more willing to draft foreign players. Jazz however were not in the top ten group.

not to meantion front offices that change. i think you mix Utah and San Antonio's together hopefully and come up with Lindsey's philosophy.
