Early WATP but not that WA (involves the black hole)

OK... being realistic, we aren't going to make the playoffs (best not either, Minny gets our 1st if we do) w/ this young core so why not let the kids get more minutes (esp, Kanter/Favors).

So here's my WATP w/ Charlotte: Jefferson / Watson / Howard (both when eligible) for Diaw / Augustine / Carroll

2011-12 minutes distribution:
Harris (30) / Augustine (20) / Tinsley
Burks (25) / Bell (15) / Carroll
Hayward (25) / Miles (25)
Millsap (30) / Diaw (15) / Evans
Favors (30, not his natural position but... #24 deserves minutes @4) / Kanter (25)

Team goals...
2011-12 = NBA playing time for 1st rounders
2012-13 = 6-8th playoff seed
2013-14 = Western Conference finals

Charlotte gets a veteran to play behind Kemba & a low-post guy to play alongside athletic forwards in Thomas/Biyambo.
Also worth noting that they also take in an additional ~7M from the remaining of Jefferson's contract (15M - approx 8M in Carroll/Augustine's).

NOTE: Apologies for creating trade proposals this early in the season but Kanter has proven that he deserves minutes.

Bell has to much playing time.
As for Favor not being a natural 5 well he can slide over for some of those minutes when Kanter is on the floor.

Kanter + Favors together has been tried, and the offense really stagnated.

The best 4/5 combinations are to have a scorer (Millsap or Jefferson) and a defender/rebounder (Favors or Kanter) playing together. They shouldn't be mixed (two scorers or two "defenders") for more than a few minutes per game. Millsap + Jefferson sometimes can work, but it's giving up a lot of height, and Jefferson is a pretty lazy rebounder.
