Yeah I know.

I just thought I'd put a little bit of perspective on future events, depending on how fast they escalate

But the fact that under executive orders, the president can basically become a dictator, and suspend congress and the constitution is all telling.

Also, it is being reported now that the state department was warned 48 hours prior to the Libyan attack. Why did we still not have armed marines there to guard American property and citizens?

I would be very interested to see the reaction of the general Britain populace over them seing an Americna Flag burned in their streets.

If I saw someone buring a Canadian, French, Japanese, Australian, British... flag on the streets here I'd be mad.
 
Europeans have a warped view on america as the red america. They see america as religious, conservative, everyone having a gun, etc. They see america as many Americans see Texas.

However in the middle east they see america as blue america. The god rejecting, sex on the streets, jerking off to fools like Bill Maher and Christopher Hitchens, wants drugs to be legal, cheating on your wife is ok, etc.

A comman chant in the middle east and even asia is
Modernization? YES!
Westernization? NO!

I don't think any of those countries really care about Americans at all, not to mention the American flag.

Especially the Brits, whose banks run the Fed.

There is often a big disconnect between the governments feelings and positions and its citizens.

I'm not sure how many Americans see Texas, but I've always looked at Texas as one of the last bastions of true freedom.

What do you consider drugs?
Because I've only heard Bill Maher talk about the legalization of marijuana, which by the way would be a good thing for the economy.
