So Nowitzki, Kaman and Kirilenko are all going to play in the Eurobasket Tournament. Also word is Valanciunas is competing for a spot on the senior team. Hopefully they will play Turkey at some point so that we can see how Kanter fare against higher competition.

Here's for hoping to eat crow when Kanter dominates all these guys.
 
Even if he is going to be a great player he isnt going to dominate those guys at this point probably. Way to set the bar so high that your opinion will still be validated though.
 
No intention to do that at all, and I am willing to eat crow if he at least shows he can compete with those guys. I sincerely hope that it will happen. It does the Jazz no good if Kanter is a bust.

I would not assume Kanter is going to play very much. Erden, Asik, Turkoglu, Ilysavova, plus some good Euroleague centers/forwards are on the team. Hope we get to see him get in a few minutes at least.

I am hoping that Kanter is better then all those guys. Tukaglu is a different type of player but he had better be better then erden and Asik right now is nothing more then a young defensive big body.

They will probably play Hedo at both SF and SG given their weak back court. Kanter should see a lot of minutes.
 
I'll be the first one to say that Kanter will never be as good as Dirk. Thank you.
 
Ömer Aşık will play in the tournament but Semih Erden wont play most probably. Kerem Gönlüm(PF) injuried on a knee two days ago and he cant play for 4-5 months. It can increase Enes Kanter's minutes in the tournament altough Furkan Aldemir will be taken from U20 Turkish national team.
 
I hope every PF or C on the team gets injured except Kanter. Get this kid some playing time and as much of it as possible.
