I picked just one. Not a huge Stones fan.
 
I have an itunes playlist that has my five favorite songs from any band/artist I have more than 5 songs from. For the Stones my list is Can't You Hear Me Knocking, Pale Shelter (actually that's Gimmie Shelter...for some reason a Tears for Fears song made it into my mind), Paint it Black, Satisfaction, and Street Fighting Man. Can't You Hear Me Knocking is my favorite from them...all because of Guitar Hero 2. The guitar solo in the last two minutes of that song is fantastic. There are certain songs in my mind that are categorized by having great endings and lousy/average beginnings, and this is one of them (and vice-verse).
 
I'm a huge Stones fan and Gimme Shelter is my pick. Then I'd go with Satisfaction, Sympathy, Rocks Off, and Wild Horses.
