Let's do this via Venmo for simplicity. My Venmo is @john_colton. If you want to also say thanks to @JazzAvenues' wife for all the time the Jazz victories have taken away from her, especially during this extraordinarily fun season, Venmo me some amount. Any amount you'd like. I've been an admin on this site for 14 years (yikes!) and have never been anonymous so hopefully that means you can trust me. Donate before noon MST on Feb 13. I'll join all the money together at that point and assuming @JazzAvenues has Venmo, I'll send him everything we've collected for him to use on Valentine's Day for his wife--flowers, chocolates, or whatever JA thinks she'll appreciate most. Just tell her it's a Thank You from the people at Jazzfanz.com. (JA, please message me. If you don't have Venmo I'll make other arrangements to get the money to you.)

@Jazz Fusion and @candrew said they were in (maybe joking, maybe not). Who else is in?

Those of you who have sent the money to @colton, please PM me if you would like to have your username on the card. You can draw it in Paint and send me the JPEG, you can write it on a piece of paper and then take a photo or scan it, I just think it'd make it more personal if you actually wrote out your username by hand. I did mine basically like a signature.



I figure if we do it like this, maybe @JazzAvenues can print it and write "to wife's name" so we don't need to see and know her name.

Sounds good. Having people hand write out their user names is a great idea.

I think the more names on the card the better. It's not a matter of credit, it's a second way of letting her know we appreciate her and JA.

I have some malfunction in PM when I click on "image" it gives me only an option of typing the url..can't join the image while here it works normally. So I will just post it here:
