BTW, I do think Larkin could work out okay on a team that plays up-tempo. Still not ideal on the defensive end.
Just wonder if Bullock has enough upside though...

Not sure if you are serious.
I think Bullock is solid. The thing I like most is he comes across as mature and mentally tough (something Leonard, Green, Neal all have). Not to mention Bowen.
Snell is OK... not sure about the mental side though, he seems a bit "off".
KCP might not be available at #21... not sure about the mental side, he seems a bit "soft".
Rice Jnr/Hardaway Jnr/Franklin/Crabbe, not sure they are solid enough with 3pt.
I think we've got to grab Bullock at #21.
He doesn't. He's the player Locke described. Does most everything well and ready to play.. but not much room for improvement, imo.
I don't like Bullock's lack of ability to put the ball on the floor. He's a spot-up guy. Whereas Rice Jr. and Hardaway Jr. can make plays on the ball as well as hit from range.

Having said that I don't know if the soft euros have that killer instinct, I am one from the opinion that American players play more tough defense and hit the 3 when pressure is on, so no soft euros if that's what we are looking for, it's just the soccer euro mentality, I think.
He doesn't have physical upside..
But I do believe he has tremendous mental upside.
