But yeah. Gimme an elite rebounder. A shooter. A defender. What this Finals matchup is telling me is that you gotta have depth, and have role players to break the other teams back, when they aren't being guarded. Miami will never stand a chance when you have people like Leonard hounding >10 rebounds, and Neal and Green dropping like 14 threes or wtv.

McCollum workout is tomorrow. If he does well, maybe we'll pull the trigger and move up in the draft.

Our team seems to like size. McCollum seems like a "Jazz-player".


Still, I think if we move up, we might as well shoot for Burke. But i won't be upset with McCollum in any sense. Dude is a great scorer.

If we're trading 14 + 21, that might get us to 9 or 10, but I doubt that gets us in Burke's range, unless he somehow slips below McCollum and/or MCW in the workout process.

And it could all be a smoke to make McCollum move up and Burke to drop but I see those two as the only starting point guards from day one but a few others might break out. If we can't move up to get either than take bpa at every selection instead of needs based.

I think McCollum > Schroeder and worth the trade. McCollum's a guy who can pull up at any time from anywhere. Defenders will have to go over screens with him. It'll be a while before Schroeder gets that level of respect. That makes Schroeder the riskier play.
