I think some of these guys would rather not be 'the guy' (Marcus Smart?), but Saric projected at 10-16 wasn't going to be that anyway. Must not have liked his possible destinations.

I don't like that the Euros have so much more time than the NCAA kids to work out and find out where they will project and get their agent to try to line them up in a prefered situation. Too much ability to tamper around.

Seems hard to believe a player would prefer to get drafted lower, take less money, to have less pressure ... but I'm sure it happens. I sure hope we don't draft that guy next year when we draft top 5.
