Those are the two players I would trade up for. Kennard is my favorite prospect in the draft. Jackson is widely regarded as a lottery pick so getting either one at around 17 would be awesome.

Does Hood/24/30 get you into the top 10? Maybe NYK at #8...Would people do that? I think I would would if Markkanen was still on the board (as long as it doesn't affect our chances of re-signing Hayward).
I dont think you trade Hood if you want to keep Hayward.

Unfortunately, that's probably true. We're somewhat limited in potential moves before FA.

The guy I wonder about is Lyles. He fell off a cliff this year. If the Jazz no longer believe in him, they could flip him and bring in a guy like Leaf to replace him. A few other bigs in this draft could possibly do it as well.
Trading Lyles probably won't mean too much to Hayward.
If Indiana still likes Lyles, they could give the Jazz 18 straight across. The Jazz still have Favors and Johnson who can play the 4.
