Following Potential 2022 Draftees

So many teams have been outrageously dissapointing... Maryland too, I pointed out they were gonna flop right away when the season started n it didnt take a genius to figure that out...

stanfords harrison ingram (made a terrible choice going to stanford) and UCLA's peyton watson continue to free fall down espn's board... these r the types of players utah can catch on a big sale n develop in the g-league..

ay Justin Lewis has finally cracked the top30 on espn's bigboard and its long overdue.. that kid can play and he's strong enough to possibly contribute to an NBA roster early on.

ay the 6'6" sg at Santa Clara, Jalen Williams, who hit a crazy floater while being fouled (that didnt get call) to beat BYU at the Buzzer is definitely on the radar.. 41% from 3, he's athletic but skinny but he can pass the ball.. Interesting player..

In a field where there's lots of wings who kinda maybe can shoot the 3, he looks a bit more legitimate.

the landscape of college ball has been obviously shaken n damaged by other leagues poaching top talent.. and you know which teams benefit most from that? Duke, Gonzaga, Kentucky... n to a much lesser degree teams like LSU, Auburn, Kansas and USC

They are the only teams who will consistently benefit from that while many other "new bloods" will struggle and completely demolish their top recruits value in the process of trying to 'make it'..

its bad for college basketball.. one of the worst things that couldve happened... the media will try and put lipstick on that pig year after year after year, without ever addressing it directly... sad times... It's just not the same anymore... The tournaments will still produce fireworks n thats what its about, i guess...

The real silver lining tho is that million dollar coaches are gonna tell lies to poor kids with hopes n dreams n then not even remotely come close to coming thru on those promises... The damage is everywhere, n its massive in scope and scale..

Jaden Ivey is absolutely insane. He should absolutely be a top-2 pick without question.

the fact that geo baker is still at rutgers is preposterous, i know lots of other players are sitting around for 5+ years... but cmon...

ppl just always had blind hate running thru their veins around here... hate on the youngins n now that we have widespread 24 y/o 5th year super seniors running things, no ones happy about that...

its just double standards.. circumstantial bs with no foundation or basis behind it..

I know this is the wrong thread but the Suns, after declining his 3rd year option earlier this year, traded former #10 pick Jalen Smith for literally some chicken giblets.. LMAO...

That was still a shockingly bad pick.... called that ahead of time.. He was only at best a fringe first rd pick I sware... Too mechanical...

See how Jaden Ivey performed today while getting beatdown by a 13-9 Michigan squad? 1/4 from 3, 0 ast 5 turnovers... No way u take this player over
Jabari Smith, Chet, or Banchero, not even up for discussion.

Caleb Houstan with a big showing in the upset. He has all the tools n is a legit 6'8. I definitely expect him to go in the first rd. the fact this discussion is even being had is absurd to me.

I get that when teams underperform players get scooted down the board over n over, but this is a situation like Ziaire Williams who they dragged thru the mud n ends up going 10th. (williams is more of a guard n Houstan is a combo forward but still they can shoot the ball n so its hard to imagine players like thatr just get their stock beatendown n then dont recover a good bit of it in the pre-draft process)
