Following Potential 2022 Draftees

Richmond and Davidson should be really good too! their regular season matchup ended with a 3 nearly at the buzzer to separate..

Tyler Burton didnt play well in that game.. Richmond needs him to go crazy... N he could use a big close to the szn to help his chances of landing in the 2nd rd.. He will play in the G-League/Summerleague n get signed regardless, solid player whos strongly built n can get busy in transition.

Davidson is a really good shooting team, n Hyungjung Lee is legit...

Houston will look to exact revenge upon Memphis for a 14pt loss from a week or 2 ago. They (obviously) have no one who can deal with Duren in the paint, so they need Kyler Edwards to play an efficient game, n prolly get an early lead --- Also their 3pt defense will be critcal, Memphis is a whole different kind of animal when their shooters r making 3's at a high rate..

I'm keeping an eye on Lester Quinones for Memphis, he is that deadeye 3pt shooter at 6'6" that can step up n make a huge impact. He's got a quick release n doesnt dip the ball.. All they need is to stretch the floor n Duren will do the rest..

Also will Penny finally unleash Josh Minott? who averages almost a block n a steal per game in just 15mpg.. Extremely athletic combo forward with nice ability to handle in the open court n make passes, he's a player oozing with talent.

Will Earl Timberlake continue to barely play for Memphis as well? former 5star recruit n big coup in the xfer pool.. We shall see..

ayyyyyy SLEEPER ALERT!!!!!! 6'8" forward Princeton has from England --- Tovsan Evboumwan... IS LEGIT... He deserves mention in a thread such as this.. Extremely impressed..

He averages 5 assists per game... 6.3 boards and 15.7ppg...

Princeton lost but that forward was IMPRESSIVE... actually a gem.. He's gotta be a pro in some form but I suspect he's good enough to get looks from NBA teams.. They've gotta be monitoring his progress..

Memphis got SMACKED hahah... Smother that team on the 3pt line n they crumble.. Somehow Houston plays them even on the boards too...

mann the Patrick Baldwin JR, or PBJ, fall from grace is looking like a cautionary tale in several regards...Can't help but wonder the impact his father had on this whole mess... Despite him being listed in the first rd still on most boards, I'm pretty confident that as of rn he's not in the 1st rd range and would probably freefall in the draft unless he can alleviate concerns in the predraft process..

Jabari Walker (Son of Samaki Walker) has crept into ESPN's top60... Never made any sense that he was projected 20-30 spots outside of draft range, Ive been calling them out on that BS here for months.

How about Jamarion Sharp, whos the tallest player in college, listed at 7'5", creeping into draft range.. He cant shoot FT's but he dunks everything n blocks almost 5 per game in 28 mins for WKU..

First time he's been mentioned here..

Look at him run... Moves pretty well..

If he's in fact 7'5, he could still be growing.. Apparently he was 6'6 as a HS freshman, 6'9 as a JR, 7' as a senior, he was listed at 7'2 in JUCO n now he's listed at 7'5, he says he hopes hes done growing.. Just 20 years old...

Jonathan Givony’s pre-tourney mock draft just came out:

1. Chet Holmgren
2. Jabari Smith
3. Paolo Banchero
4. Jaden Ivey
5. KEEGAN MURRAY
6. Jalen Duren
7. AJ Griffin
8. Johnny Davis
9. TyTy Washington
10. Bennedict Mathurin
18. Malaki Branham (PGAB’s sleeper)
21. Justin Lewis (my sleeper)

Two sleepers:
Peter Kiss of Bryant averaging over 25 ppg a 6'5" guard and Ryan Turrell of Yeshiva a 6'7" guard averaging 27 ppg and shooting .468 from three.
