What's new

Game Of Thrones

Could this lead to the fall of Cersei? Jon and Dany formally join forces as Dany has now seen the threat with her own eyes. They start to rally everyone they have and I mean everyone. They also approach Cersei to get her to join their alliance. They show the proof and plead their case and are clearly in the right. But she refuses and Jaime sees all of this and realizes she is the "mad king" all over. So he kills her and starts to send everything he has north. Dany, Jon and Jaime as the three leaders of the combined armies. They win it all and Dany assumes the throne with Tyrion as her Hand. Jon the Warden in the North and Jaime the Warden in the South. Then we briefly see characters like Gendry, Tormund, Sam and Bron rise up to be new major houses.

I'd be quite happy with that ending.

How many White Walkers are there? Is that ever explained in the books.

Not a set number that I'm aware of. 8,000 years or so of getting children from the wildlings is probably a pretty high number.

But please remember that white walkers/others and wights are different. White Walkers are the master race of the two, what the Children of the forest created to protect them from the First Men. Wights are just reanimated corpses that the White Walkers raise to do their bidding.

To further increase their numbers this is apparently not limited to people. There are a few examples of this.

Just imagine hundreds or thousands of wight wolves, bears, horses, dear and what not charging out as cannon fodder.

Some crazy stuff in episode 6.

Some speed records for running, raven flight and dragon flight in this episode... lol, Gendry run back to the wall, ravens flew to Dragonstone and Danny made it back to behind the wall in time enough for the lake to freeze. Kind of weird that dead army waited for that long - couldn't white walkers just freeze the ice faster? Night King must have the arm of steel, that throw of ice spear was amazingly fast and accurate. And where the **** did they get those huge chains to pull Viserion out of the lake? Do they have dead blacksmiths making weapons and other metal **** for them? Good Danny took off in time with remaining dragons. But how are they going to fight them now when dead will have ice dragon on their side ? This looks even less hopeful then Lanisters vs Danny's army. Unless they kill Night King which would automatically kill all dead he resurrected - one dude kind of hinted at that as their only hope. Season 8 is shaping nicely anyway...
