He had 1 amputated. He fractured his thumb, and tore up the ends of his other fingers too I think.

But ya. Just 1 finger gone from what I know.

I watched a kid blow off a finger with a silver salute when I was a kid. They cut the fuse short and he wanted to throw it. Lit, throw, BOOM. End off his pointer-finger (booger-digger finger?) gone from the second knuckle up. Looked exactly like in the cartoons with flayed flesh sticking out in all directions. It was the nastiest and coolest thing ever, at the time. Kid bled like a stuck pig and screamed like a girl. *****.
