The most notable three I remember Korver passing up was in the playoffs against the Lakers his first year, I believe it was coming down to a final shot, he had an open three on the right wing but passed it off to Memo closer to the corner who missed the three.

Yeah I remember that as well. If I recall he caught Memo by surprise, to Memo's credit he tried to hit the shot.

Here's the thing that bothered me. Korver was in rhythm, had an open shot that would have tied the game, or given us the lead, and he passed it up for a worse shot by Memo. I want him to take the shots the offense generates, period.

I love how a few posters on here all of a sudden are holding Burks up to be the next Jordan. Everyone, and I mean everyone has been clamoring to trade him for at least 2-3 seasons. Now that we do it he's the next coming? Serious delusion on here sometimes.

He didn’t space the floor for other players while doing it though.

That isn't all matters. Good shooters provide spacing which helps teammates.
Guys who draw fouls cause the opposing coach to change their rotations and gets the jazz into the bonus which gets free throws for teammates.
