i can't tell if this is a serious thread or a troll thread but noticed ur not eating any seafood/fish.
easy to make and lean and tasty, give it a try bro.
 
Not going to read this whole thread, so maybe you're already doing this, but if you don't want to be a useless skinny fat at your new weight, you should be lifting heavy 3x week.
 
Not sick enough.
Journal: coffee tactic backfired. relapsed on too much stuffing, pizza, beer, donuts.

Did wake up this morning, so I've got that goin for me.
 
219.8...after just 11 days, I've lost 5.6 pounds. Since I've been sick (still am), I've been a bum here but in general, lots of water, chicken noodle soup, a couple times I've had McDonalds #2 meal (2 cheeseburgers) with an extra (3rd) cheeseburger. Had three slices of pizza for lunch one day. Whatevs. Very happy about the weight loss. Once I am full strength, the working out begins.
