Why would he be? Usually minute restrictions are in place for leg injuries. He's been able to run around just fine.

It sounds like he's been staying active, and should be in decent shape. Probably not game shape, but I don't think it will take him long to get there.
We've seen him in shoot around, and heard he's been getting in shots at the practice facility. I hope he comes back where he left off.
He looked dialed in to start pre-season.

Not when you have hood and Johnson. I like them both on the court together. Reason the Blazers have to do that is they are the only 2 who can create their own shots on the team, and are both poor defenders. Jazz don't have either of those problems with Hill and Hayward.
