Homeytennis style: Go get DJ Stephens

I thought that they were calling him STUFFINS. Then I realized that they were saying Stephens. But his nickname was born in my mind.

Other than that... we have 16 on the roster or under contract last I checked. So, who's seat on the bench would he get? Alex Jensen? NEVAhhhhhhhh! Looks like Stuffins would be the bounciest waterboy we ever had. Think of him on the Dunk Team with a trampoline under that trampoline. Alright. We found a spot for you Doc McStuffins.

Homey's all in: On March 28, he was named NBA Development League Performer of the Week after averaging 24.7 points on 61.4 percent shooting to go with 8.0 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, 1.3 assists and 1.3 steals while connecting 11-of-18 three-point attempts in three games from March 21 through March 27

I don't know if Stephens can really play at the wings and I've read somewhere that he used to be a 4, but according to draftexpress, this dude's max vertical was 46 inches in 2013 during a Nets workout, which should put him on top of their all-time ranking. Besides, he is 6'5.5 in shoes and has a 7'0.25 wingspan, which means he is basically Michael Jordan's size (minus the enormous hands, of course). The Jazz have a logjam at the wings right now but if/when the trade someone - probably Burks - I would be all for giving the guy a 10-day contract to see how well he can fit in.
