I've had it the last 2 years, but have no intent on getting broadband again... especially with the price hike.
First reason is that you are lucky to get 60 games after you factor in blackouts (ESPN/TNT/ABC/NBATV/Local opponents) and technical issues... then subtract 3 or 4 games due to extremely choppy streams which make the game practically unwatchable. (this always seems to happen in the 4th quarter of close games)
Second reason is that you don't get to see any pregame/postgame/halftime shows... and most importantly, broadband access goes away once the playoffs start. If you're going to have to watch the playoffs on an internet stream, might as well get practice finding/using them in the regular season.
Third reason is that free internet streams are getting easier and easier to find these days... and often the quality of the streams are as or nearly as good as what the NBA is charging $100+ for.
Finally, as some others have mentioned, don't count on too many HD quality streams. Last year, with comcast, I was getting fewer than half of my streams in HD... though I don't really care about that issue.
All in all, I'd say that if money isn't an issue, and you really want to make sure you can maximize the number of games you see, then it's worth it. But if money is an issue, I'd consider trying out free streams before shelling out the $$$ for NBA broadband.
