How late do you go to bed?

When do you headbutt the pillows and give them French kiss?

Are you a night's person? Or do you like to power off as early as you can?

Obviously there are a lot of factors that can affect this. You work as a night shift and sleep during the day. You have a new born baby and you don't know what regular sleep is. You have a constant nagging wife that does not intend to give you two ****ing seconds of peace and you are planning on sleeping for eternity.

What category do you belong to?

Lying won't help. I'm here, it's 3 AM in SLC and only babe is up. Keep it real.

There you go. Our German folk already started making appearance.

I try for 7:00pm since I work at 3:00am(wake up at 1:30ish). Doesn't usually happen though. Usually closer to 8:00-9:00.

My wife isn't sleeping at all right now. She has horrible insomnia. It's so sad and it's making her really angry.

Plus we have this new baby so sleep is fleeting.

I have always been lucky when it comes to sleep though. I can pretty much sleep anytime and anywhere. And I fall asleep quickly. My problem has been staying asleep all night. (Hence fishonambien) It sucks. I feel so bad for people with sleep problems.

I have not taken an ambien in like a year though. I have been sleeping great lately.

2-3 am mostly. Wife is getting pissed again.

"Aren't you coming to bed?"

"Nah I'll just hang a lil' moře"

Does she have any idea why she can't sleep? Is she worried about the baby?

Kinda. It's an anxiety thing. She gets scared for no reason. Her mind won't shut off. She feels like her nose is stuffed and she can't breath even when that isn't the case. She thinks it might have something to do with hormones.

She has always had a hard time falling to sleep but would get there eventually and then sleep deeply and for a long time.

About two weeks before her due date she almost stopped sleeping entirely. She would get 2 or 3 hours. Then in the hospital it was the same. 2 or 3 hours and nurses/housekeeping/food servers/doctors coming in and waking her.

Last night she slept zero minutes. Not a wink. She is irrationally scared that she can't breathe, is constantly anxious/nervous and just the thought of sleep freaks her out. She is unable to relax.
She will even get tired in the day and seem like she could sleep but when she lays down she freaks out. She feels like she is going crazy.

She is going to call her dr/therapist today to try to get in to see him asap. She is going to call her baby doctor to ask what sleep meds are ok to take while breast feeding.

Baby has been prefect. She is so good so far and never fusses or cries. Her only issue that she sucks at breast feeding so mommy has just been pumping.
I was changing a poopy diaper last night and right when I got the new one on and fastened I hear a horrible bubbling goo sound ejecting from her but. Had to change her again immediately lol.

Then I was sitting her up on my leg last night while she was awake and being good just looking around and she had the most powerful dump ever. It was so powerful that it actually lifted her up higher. She literally raised up from the power of the dump almost like a space shuttle starting to take off. Good times man

I'm usually in bed/my bedroom around 10-10:15 but I don't actually go to sleep till 11:00-12:00

I try to get in bed by 10:00, but it's usually somewhere in the 10-11:00 range.

I've gone through spurts of being a night owl, but I also like getting up early and getting things done.

I used to like going to bed late, get up early and take a quick nap after lunch, after having kids I hate taking naps. :/

B.B. (before baby) I would go to bed between 9-10 and wake up at 5:10 on workdays and around 7-8 on weekends. Usually would get around 7 hours of sleep per night.

I work swing shift and get home from work at about 10:40pm. Usually stay up until about 2am, sleep until about 10am.

I get the best sleep on swing shifts I've ever really gotten besides being at sea.

Do people really French kiss pillows?

10:45pm doesn't fit into the poll. I can't decide whether to go with 10:30 or 11:00. This is causing me a lot of anguish.

Every other day.
Day a - start drinking around 1:00 in bed by 8:00.
Day b - no drinking and in bed by 1am

Pretty much every night -
Go to bed around 11:30 to midnight or so - takes me about 4 minutes to fall asleep

Wake up around 3:50am and my mind is racing.

Wake up my wife around 3:55 for sex - she tells me the hand lotion is in the medicine cabinet

Stare at the ceiling for about 20 minutes - fall back to sleep

Get up at 7am..

Lucky to be asleep by 11:30, usually around midnight or later. bad thing is i have to get up at 5:45 for work.

some nights i randomlly wake up at like 3 am thinking i have to go to work

been told i have been grinding my teeth at night by my dentist, he gave me a night guard but the thing is too damn uncomfortable to wear

a guy i work with has insomnia and usually only gets about 2-3 hours of sleep a night so i guess it could be worse.
