Lucky to be asleep by 11:30, usually around midnight or later. bad thing is i have to get up at 5:45 for work.
some nights i randomlly wake up at like 3 am thinking i have to go to work
been told i have been grinding my teeth at night by my dentist, he gave me a night guard but the thing is too damn uncomfortable to wear
a guy i work with has insomnia and usually only gets about 2-3 hours of sleep a night so i guess it could be worse.
Sure there is always worse. Try to hit it before pumpkin time. Take a book with you. Works wonders. I have been hitting the bed @ 1 am and 00:30 last two or three nights. It's getting better but it also means no video games.
