It's alphabetical order. We'd be second to last and drafting 29th.

Most likely thisThe only fair thing would be to do a lottery where every team has an equal shot. 1 ball per team.
Am I the only one who doesn't give a rats butt hole about the NBA, the Jazz, or anything related to basketball anymore? After Jerry left and the DWill drama, I really just don't give a crap anymore. Bring on the off season.

I think this is the most likely solution too. If that's the case the Golden State pick is probably 11, unless somehow the Jazz fall below them. Wouldn't it be strange if we ended up pushing our pick in a strong draft back by improving our pick in a weak draft? Do the Jazz get their own pick next year, or isn't it lottery protected like it will be this year?I have to think they would use the 2011 standings again. There's no perfect solution, but I think that's most fair. I don't think there's any way to justify a scenario that has a top team getting a shot at a top pick (like a 30-team lottery). It's also unfair that a team's bad 2010-11 season gives them two top picks, because they might have improved in 2011-12, but it's more fair than the other way.
