Locke can be a hack sometimes, but compared to the rest of the radio personalities in SLC he's amazing. It's painful listening to Scotty G., Alemma and Bagley when Locke isn't on. Painful.

Lived in 6 NBA cities. Locke is one of the best basketball analysts I have ever listened to - local or national. And I listen to sports talk stuff all the time including when I travel which is a lot. His play by play is not great but it is fine and getting better. Plus, he calls it like he sees it which is always refreshing. Count me as a fan of his.

He needs to change some of his lame signature lines.
They sound dumb and distract from the game, when you have to translate into english.

Oh please. You understand what he meant. If I would have told you before the season that we were going to sweep the Heat, you would have told me I was crazy. Most people would have expected us to get swept. Maybe "win" was the wrong word to use, but Jazz fans should definitely not be upset with being 1-1 in this series.
