Dude you are so far into your negative shtick you dont even realize there are steps in between being a dumpster fire and winning a title. People are clearly talking about "the floor for next season" and you read "the ceiling for foreseeable future" just because you want to whine.

No. I'm responding to comments saying the Jazz will definitely be competing next season, just because the FO decides so. And up until now "competing" has meant a hell of a lot more than "maybe in the play-in". It is exactly those people (and maybe you as well?) that are jumping from full-on tanking into competing, just by saying so. And getting Austin Reaves, because that's as simple as Ryan calling up the nepo and telling him "get me Austin Reaves".

I'm sure you like to argue with me and have already decided what to write without reading my post, but saying "you dont even realize there are steps in between being a dumpster fire and winning a title" is pretty much 100 % agreeing with me...

Maybe he will be down to 3rd option quality guy when we finally are competitive, but tbh I would love to have a hard working 7 foot sniper as the 3rd option if I was the Jazz even if he had lost some of his mobility and ahtleticism.

A rich mans mehmet okur would be awesome on a competitive team.

The difference between trying to finish with a bottom-4 record and trying to win every game is a huge difference. That’s what is meant by competing. Because they’ll be competing.
