If I’m the Celtics and I believe the lottery is rigged I’m selling Brown. And doing whatever it takes to miss the playoffs. The nba would not be able to resist giving Boston the #1 pick even if they are in the 14th spot for the lottery. Lol

Career BPM is 0.3, career high just 2.5. Career TS% just 57% and last year it was 55%. Never eclipsed a PER of 20. Has had a negative on/off plus/minus per 100 possessions each of the past 3 seasons, and has been in the negative in 6 of his 9 seasons.

not to mention he's owed $240MM over the next 4 years to give you that kind of production and value. it's no wonder the celtics want out from under that.

jaylen brown is the classic name that sounds good, but when you dig a little deeper, it isn't pretty.
