Jazz v Nuggets 10.18.17 Highlights

I will say this for Burks, and maybe it is the effect of multiple injuries, but he seems to be playing much more in control, which will only help him and the team and keep him from hurting himself more.

My favorite play was the pick and roll where he shot a 15 footer

First read was drive to the hoop. The pick man stayed down, stopping that. Read two was the pass. His man stayed on the pick man. I think it was Johnson since it was a pick and pop. That left the final read, which was a wide open elbow jumper. Not a 22 foot contested jumper, a 15 footer where Burks wasn't looking for that play, it was more of a "wait, you're just going to stand there while I'm open at 15? Ok." Fantastic progression.

Eh, he had a tough drive and finish in traffic with his left early on. Attacked the rim and dunked on a 7 footer (plumlee) and then there was the hoodini up and under which was classic burks.
Also remember him attacking the rim and missing once.

He still got that swagger. Burks gonna Burks. I like it.
