Yes, I resigned myself to two easy wins. Darft pciks at this point should be looked at as rotation players, but not necessarily great starters. DL is going to have to go the FA route to find upgrades over RJ and MW. I like Burks and Kanter off the bench. If the draft picks can come in, along with Neto, and give us a solid backup-5, I think the Jazz definitely make the playoffs next season.

Especially since burks brings to the starting lineup exactly what it is lacking.

Burke, marvin, and jeffy never shoot free throws or put pressure on the defense.
Hayward tries to but its not his strength.
Favors is lacking on offense.

Burks is just what they need
 
Let's hope that something unexpected happens before the trade deadline, otherwise it is a season to forget.

KOC has already prepared Lindsey's speech, "you always look to improve. We didn't see anything we liked well enough to pull the trigger. It was busy, you listen to everybody, there's a lot of conversations. But we didn't see anything that made sense in the long-term."

And when pressed for specifics, Lindsey will have been told to give a polite, but curt, "no comment."
 
What a pointless ****ty win. This team has a bleak future.

Let's go out and sign Hayward to 12 per for 5 years!
