Jazz VS Spurs @ 8:30 on Root Sports, ESPN 1280 AM/ 97.5 FM

Jazz are going under on P&R, not hedging like they usually do. Forces Parker to choose to shoot the 20 footer or not. Certainly a better option than giving up layups.

How about Millsap the last three games? He has just been so good! This game already: 13, 8, 4, 1, 1 on 6/7 shooting +9, and he's playing aggressive D and hustling! This is the guy we all love.

Here here!

While they have been decent on the pick and roll, i have seen the spurs miss lots of open looks that they got from the pick and roll..... the spurs are luckily just off tonight.
On the bright side, The Jazz have also been missing a lot of close shots on breaks etc and had a few silly turnovers. Jazz still with room for improvement as well.

Parker and duncan missing wide open shots that they normally hit has me worried for the 2nd half.

I'm fine with those. They are certainly better than the wide open layups they experienced during the entire first round last year. If you are on defense open shots aren't acceptable, but if you don't have a choice you should give them the jumper. Duncan is not Malone, and Parker is not Steve Kerr.
