Jazz's Remaining Schedule is the Easiest in the League

The Suns schedule the rest of this month is beyond brutal...

On the road against Milwaukee, Philly, Boston, Brooklyn, NYK and then home to play The Clippers and Jazz.

If they somehow overtake Utah after that stretch then lets face it - they deserve to be the 1 seed.

thats brutal.....Agreed.

Jazz are up 1 game in the loss column on the Suns. Jazz need to match the Suns win for win the rest of the way. If the Jazz finish with 52 or 53 wins, that should be enough to hold the #1 seed. That means the Jazz need to go at least 10-5 the rest of the way.

If the Jazz can go 6-1 in their 7 games against the Thunder, Kings, Rockets and T'wolves, they'll be in good shape.

Up 1.5 games on the Suns my good sir.

The Jazz have lost 1 less game than the Suns. This means the Suns have lost 1 more game than the Jazz.

What really matters this year, tho, because of the possibly uneven schedules what with cancellations, is the win percentage.
1.5 doe

Yep, and two games in the win column.
If only there was a way to average that out, right?

And then there's this crazy total games played thing. We're one up in that column. How is that even possible?

Yep, the average is 1.5 wins ahead of Phoenix.

If the Jazz can win their next 4 games: Rockets, T'wolves twice, Kings...

And the Suns lose 2 of their next 5 games: Sixers, Celtics, Nets, Knicks, Clippers...

Then the Jazz will have a full 3-game lead on the Suns with 10 games remaining.

Quin has to give a chance to young players to show up and play meaningful minutes during the regulars season.

At this point it is not so important the first seed, we have to preserve our best players from injuries and rest them occasionally in order to be in best shape for the playoffs.

I don't understand why Quin don't give real opportunities to Brantley and Hughes. I would give all Niang minutes to Brantely.

Oni also deserve more trust, he can become a defensive specialist, we should not focus too much on his offensive contributions.

Another unclear thing is why the Jazz released Shaquille Harrison at the expense of Forrest.
