Trump’s cell phone lock screen background image is a picture of himself. Not his wife, not his children, not his grandchildren… himself.
His lock screen is a picture of the only thing he cares about.

A thought came to mind when I thought of typical lock screens. Spouse, family, kids, holiday theme, etc. What I wondered was, has DJT ever, over the entire course of his sheltered life, ever owned a pet? I have never heard any mention of one, but then I’ve never read a book either written by him or written about him. Does anyone else have knowledge of this subject? I can’t help but believe that Trump would be a different and better man if he’d just had a pet as a youngster.

What in the world does he (and most of maga) got to be so angry about? He's a (supposedly) billionaire, plays golf every day, eats at McDonalds or KFC anytime he wants, has a jet, a few houses...
I guess people who are lucky enough to be born in America are really, really mad at their own country.

Truly a person that is 151% stuck on himself. He does believe that too! He also believes that he is the smartest person there ever was!!! He cannot hold a conversation, as if you did not notice he is easily distracted. Short attention span.

No surprise whatsovever. With trump, EVERYTHING is entirely ALL about trump. He is all that matters to him.

Trump has been suffering from Narcissistic Personality Disorder even before he entered politics. Absolutely NOT fit for ANY office!

Well to be fair - on a good day, Donald doesn’t remember that he has a son, and he is unable to identify his own wife from a photo - even with his own lawyer right next to him, nudging him to point to the right one.

OK - so Donald is a sociopath which means he exists in a bubble separate from the world of human feelings and connections. Second, Donald is a collector of trinkets which includes wives and children. Third, Donald is a conman in every fiber of his being - always looking for the easy way to enrich himself. Every word and action from Donald is part of his con - nothing is true or reliable. In summary, Donald is the modern day Frankenstein - he sorta looks human, but he isn't really!

OMG obsessed much?? I'm sure Trump has multiple phones and who cares anyway... This is so silly. I cant believe your avatar is a picture of yourself getting inebriated!! Is yourself getting drunk the only thing you care about? You are a drunk that exposes himself to people in line and near school children so I shouldn't be surprised I suppose. What a ridiculous thing to spend your time on.

Journalist and academic Stan Grant has taken shots at “political elites” in the United States, as well as coverage of the US election, in a speech made at a social cohesion conference in western Sydney.

The former host of ABC’s Q+A told attendees that neither Donald Trump or Kamala Harris were the answer to the “existential crisis of America” and then made reference to Robin Hood:

The American political elites have turned their backs on poor Americans. They are bought and paid for by lobbyists. They pass laws that put more money into rich people’s hands. Healthcare is a scandal. Machines are making people redundant. Big pharma has people hooked on drugs.

If we think that Harris or Trump are going to be the answer to the existential crisis of America, then we need to know that the Sheriff of Nottingham has taken up residence in Washington DC, and the good cops have left town. Robin Hood is nowhere to be seen.

He said coverage of the election had been “abominable” in that “every lie” and “every hatred” has been “amplified.” He said the media has only been interested in the outrage and star power of the campaigns, and less so the people “holding that broken country together”.

I barely watched much of the news coverage because it has been abominable.

Every lie is amplified, every hatred is broadcast. And I’m just not talking about Donald Trump. I’m talking about the entire picture. If we reduce the American election to just an idea of who may be more decent or who has bad manners, but better manners, we’re missing the point.

The point is that we are talking about a nation where human beings are expendable and the media doesn’t tell us that story because they’re too interested in the latest entertainment, the latest pop star, the latest movie star, the latest business person, the latest Trump outrage, the latest inane comment from Kamala Harris, and never speak to the people who were doing the back-breaking, dirty, gut-busting work of holding that broken country together while politicians have absolutely exploited them.

This guy gets it. But nothing will change. Not sure how we can ever get a catalyst for real change, tbhwy. Until we get a group of politicians willing to ignore the money they can make by catering to lobbyists in order to put the people first. But who is that really? The only one I see even a little of that in is Pete Buttigieg. But he has the fatal flaw that minimum half of Americans will never vote for regardless of what's actually best for the country. Crazy that it's Christianity that enabled the takeover of the country, by and large. Such an easily manipulated cult.
